This website lets you browse our appliance catalog, save items, create an account, and reach us to place an order, ask a question, or raise a complaint. By using it, you agree to these terms.

Prices shown are in Ghana cedis (GH₵) and are correct at the time they're displayed, but can change without notice — stock and promotional pricing are confirmed with our team before you pay. Product photos are for illustration; actual appliances may vary slightly in appearance.

This site does not process payments directly. Placing an order through the cart or a product enquiry starts a conversation with our team over WhatsApp or in-store, where price, delivery and payment are confirmed before anything is final. A sale is only confirmed once our team has recorded it and you've paid — by cash, mobile money or bank transfer.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for anything done under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to it. You must give us accurate information when you register.

Reviews, complaints and enquiries you submit should be honest and about your own experience. We moderate reviews before they appear publicly, and may edit, decline to publish, or remove content that is abusive, false, or unrelated to the product.

Appliances are covered by the manufacturer's warranty terms, confirmed at the time of sale. Returns, exchanges and warranty claims are handled case by case — contact us with your invoice details and we'll advise on the process.

We work to keep information on this site accurate, but we don't guarantee it's free of errors. To the extent permitted by Ghanaian law, The Appliance Gallery isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website; this does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
